离心压缩机启动过程的动态分析

DYNAMIC ANALYSIS OF THE START-UP PROCESS OF CENTRIFUGAL COMPRESSOR

文章根据不同的工艺流程,从机组的工艺总成设计角度将炼化装置中常见的离心压缩机启动过程分为3类:1)在相对恒定的入口压力下启动;2)在相对恒定的出口背压下启动;3)在滞止压力下启动。通过搭建动态分析的数值模型,并结合调速启动和工频电机直接启动两种不同的启动方式,对典型的启动过程进行了分析和讨论,总结出离心压缩机启动过程的问题和设计要点,可为优化工艺设计和压缩机组选型提供参考。

From the perspective of process assembly design,this paper divides the start-up process of centrifugal compressors in refining and chemical plants into three categories based on different process flows:1)start at a relatively constant inlet pressure;2)start at a relatively constant outlet back pressure;3)start under settled pressure.Through building a numerical model for dynamic analysis and combining two different starting modes including speed regulation starting and direct starting of frequency motors,the typical starting process is analyzed and discussed.And the problems and design points of centrifugal compressor starting process are summarized.This can provide reference for optimizing process design and selecting compressor units.
