降低天然气净化联合装置大检修后胺液系统关键机泵堵塞率的研究

ON REDUCING BLOCKAGE RATE OF KEY PUMPS IN AMINE LIQUID SYSTEM AFTER OVERHAUL OF NATURAL GAS PURIFICATION COMBINED PLANT

某天然气净化联合装置大检修后,胺液循环系统关键机泵(P-102A/B)频繁堵塞,大大增加了装置的操作费用和操作人员的劳动强度。为保障装置大检修后开工初期的稳定生产,对P-102A/B频繁堵塞的原因进行了深入分析,并到现场核实确认,确定了检修后设备、管线不清洁是导致上述问题的主要影响因素。此外,还从有效性、可实施性、经济性等方面考虑,制定并实施了相应的对策方案,最终实现了降低P-102A/B堵塞率的目标,减少了清洗过滤器所需的公用介质量,且有效避免了双泵堵塞导致的天然气放空和尾气超标问题。

After the overhaul of certain natural gas purification complex,the key pump(P-102)of the amine liquid circulation system was frequently blocked,which greatly increased the operating cost of the device and the labor intensity of the operators.In order to ensure stable production at the initial stage of the plant after the start-up of the device after the overhaul,the causes for the frequent blockage of the P-102 pump were thoroughly analyzed,verified and confirmed at the site.And it was determined that the dirty equipment and pipelines after the overhaul were the main influencing factors leading to the aforementioned problems.In addition,a corresponding countermeasure scheme was formulated and implemented from consideration of effectiveness,practicability and economy,which ultimately achieved the goal of reducing the blockage rate of P-102,reduced the amount of utility media required to clean the filters,and effectively avoided the problems of natural gas venting and excessive tail gas emissions caused by blockage of double pumps.
