基础型社区养老服务供给对老年人生活满意度的影响——自评健康变化的中介作用

The Influence of Basic Community Elderly Care Service Supply on the Life Satisfaction of the Elderly——The Mediating Role of Self⁃rated Health Changes

基于2018年中国老年健康影响因素跟踪调查(CLHLS 2018)数据,运用多元线性回归、逐步回归、Bootstrap等研究方法分析基础型社区养老服务供给对老年人生活满意度的影响,并引入自评健康变化作为中介变量,探讨了其影响机制。研究发现:基础型社区养老服务供给对老年人生活满意度具有正向影响,且通过老年人自评健康变化对其生活满意度可以产生间接影响效应。在社区养老服务体系建设过程中,应重视基础型社区养老服务的作用,充分发挥政府购买公共服务的优势。

Based on the data of the 2018 China Longitudinal Survey on Influencing Factors of Elderly Health(CLHLS 2018),multiple linear regression,stepwise regression,bootstrap and other research methods were used to analyze the effect of basic community elderly care service supply on the life satisfaction of the elder⁃ly,and self⁃rated health changes were introduced as mediating variables to explore its influencing mecha⁃nism.It is found that the supply of basic community elderly care services has a positive impact on the life satisfaction of the elderly,and the self⁃rated health changes can have an indirect effect on the life satisfac⁃tion of the elderly.In the process of building a community old⁃age service system,attention should be paid to the role of basic community old⁃age services,and the advantages of government procurement of public services should be brought into full play.
