海底用抗腐蚀管线钢X65MOS的开发

摘要 通过对不同成分含量、连铸压下工艺、精轧结束温度、返红温度、精轧前坯厚正交组合试验,借助热模拟等试验数据,找到了满足海底抗腐蚀管线钢X65MOS的生产工艺参数,指导海底抗腐蚀管线钢X65MOS的开发。产品各项性能良好,屈强比控制在0.82~0.86,抗腐蚀及抗止裂性能良好,X65MOS海底用抗腐蚀管线钢的开发,增加深海条件下石油燃气的输送效果。 Through the orthogonal combination test of different composition content,continuous casting compression process,finishing rolling end temperature,rered temperature and blank thickness before finishing rolling,and the test data such as thermal simulation,the production process parameters of submarine anti-corrosion pipeline steel X65MOS were found to guide the development of submarine anti-corrosion pipeline steel X65MOS.the product performance inspection is good,the yield ratio is controlled at 0.82~0.86,and the corrosion resistance and crack resistance are good.Increase the effect of oil and gas transportation under deep sea conditions.
