摘要
针对重轨大方坯生产中出现的铸坯角部纵裂问题,分析了铸坯角部纵裂形成机理,通过加强结晶器使用管理、结晶器对弧精度、优化结晶器冷却制度、改进结晶器保护渣性能等措施,能够有效控制重轨铸坯角部纵裂的发生。
In view of the longitudinal corners cracks in the of heavy rail billets during production,the formation mechanism of longitudinal cracks at the corners of billets is analyzed.By strengthening the management of crystallizer use,precision of crystallizer arc alignment,optimizing crystallizer cooling system,improving the performance of crystallizer protective slag,and other measures,the occurrence of longitudinal cracks at the corners of heavy rail billets can be effectively controlled.
