摘要
气力输送工艺作为一种高效、环保的物料输送方式,在许多领域都有广泛的应用。本文主要结合重钢在各制粉系统之间调度煤粉过程中存在的问题,通过对比气力输送的优点并针对工艺现状,提出了通过气力输送煤粉的方案来实现各制粉系统之间的煤粉均衡调度。该文详细阐述了通过气力输送煤粉的方式实现各煤粉仓之间均衡调度煤粉的关键技术、实现方法以及方案实施后的效果。验证了气力输送工艺在提高煤粉输送效率和减少环境污染方面的优势。气力输送工艺具有广泛的应用前景和重要的研究价值,此方案的实施为进一步优化气力输送工艺提供了理论依据和实践指导。
Pneumatic conveying technology,as an efficient and environmentally friendly material conveying method,has been widely used in many fields.This article mainly combines the problems existing in the scheduling of coal powder between various pulverization systems at Chongqing Iron and Steel Corporation.By comparing the advantages of pneumatic conveying and targeting the current process status,a scheme of pneumatic conveying coal powder is proposed to achieve balanced scheduling of coal powder between various pulverization systems.This article elaborates on the key technologies,implementation methods,and effects of implementing a balanced scheduling of coal powder among various coal powder silos through pneumatic conveying of coal powder.Verified the advantages of pneumatic conveying technology in improving coal powder conveying efficiency and reducing environmental pollution.The pneumatic conveying process has broad application prospects and important research value.The implementation of this plan provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for further optimizing the pneumatic conveying process.
