摘要
采用空间用户体验模型作为理论基础,通过结构方程模型的实证分析,系统地探讨影响高校图书馆学习空间用户体验的关键因素。研究首先验证了模型框架的合理性,然后识别并排序了对用户体验影响最显著的因素:情感反应、人际距离、环境适应性和空间认知。在此基础上,提出了空间优化设计策略,包括创建与使用者具有情感联结的个性化空间、通过家具布局调整控制人际距离、塑造合适的声、光与热环境,以及利用设备与家具布局提升用户的空间认知能力,这些策略旨在增进用户空间体验。
The study adopts the spatial user experience model as the theoretical basis and systematically explores the key factors affecting the user experience of university library learning spaces through empirical analysis using structural equation modeling.The study fi rst verifi es the rationality of the model framework and then identifi es and ranks the most signifi cant factors affecting user experience:emotional response,interpersonal distance,environmental adaptability,and spatial cognition.Based on this,spatial optimization design strategies are proposed,including creating personalized spaces with emotional connections to users,controlling interpersonal distances through adjustments in furniture layout,shaping suitable sound,lighting,and temperature environments,and enhancing users'spatial cognition using equipment and furniture layouts.These strategies aim to improve users'spatial experience.
