工业项目的项目管理内容与要点分析

Analysis of the Content and Key Points of Industrial Project Management

专业的工程项目管理可以提高工程的整体质量,但国内的工业建设组织多为临时性的项目筹建处,在项目结束后便会解散该组织,很少会聘用项目管理公司参与工业项目全过程管理。基于此,文章结合某省重点工业项目建设实例,分析了项目管理公司参在该建设中的价值,并总结了其管理工作的要点,明确了系统化的建设管理团队参与到工业项目建设中的重要意义。

Professional project management can improve the overall quality of the project,but most of the domestic industrial construction organizations are temporary project preparation offices,which will be dissolved after the completion of the project,and rarely employ project management companies to participate in the whole process management of industrial projects.Based on this,combined with the construction of a provincial key industrial project,this paper analyzes the value of project management companies'participation in the construction,summarizes the key points of its management work,and clarifies the significance of systematic construction management team participating in the construction of industrial projects.
