城市高层住宅小区消防安全管理机制中存在的问题及解决对策

Problems and Solutions of Fire Safety Management Mechanism in Urban High-rise Residential Quarters

城市高层住宅小区一旦发生火灾,其蔓延速度快、疏散困难等特点使消防安全管理变得更加困难,严重威胁着人们的生命和财产安全。基于此,文章分析了城市高层住宅小区火灾的特点,探讨了当前城市高层住宅小区消防安全管理存在的机制问题,并提出了一系列改进策略,以期为城市高层住宅小区消防安全管理工作人员提供参考。

In case of fire in urban high-rise residential areas,the characteristics of rapid spread and difficult evacuation make fire safety management more difficult,which seriously threatens the safety of people's lives and property.Based on this,this paper analyzes the fire characteristics of urban high-rise residential areas,discusses the mechanism problems existing in the current fire safety management of urban high-rise residential areas,and puts forward a series of improvement strategies and suggestions,in order to provide reference for the fire safety management staff of urban high-rise residential areas.
