With the continuous development of the field of construction engineering,cost management has been paid more and more attention,and the whole process cost management mode came into being.It emphasizes the comprehensive and continuous cost management and control from the planning,design,construction to acceptance of the project,which helps to ensure the smooth progress of the project,complete within the budget,and bring more clear economic benefits to the relevant parties.This paper will discuss the project cost control methods,core elements,difficulties and solutions under the whole process cost management mode,in order to provide useful suggestions for relevant workers.
