铸牢中华民族共同体意识视域下贵州绿色治理路径探析

An Analysis about the Path of Green Governance in Guizhou from the Perspective of Forging a Strong Sense of Community for the Chinese Nation

在绿色治理的实践过程中,贵州积极推进铸牢中华民族共同体意识的系统布局,坚定“绿水青山就是金山银山”的生态文明理论实践,将实现铸牢中华民族共同体意识的模范省建设与绿色治理的逻辑耦合作为治理目标。透视过往,贵州依托多元民族要素探索科学有效、系统完备的绿色治理方略,其主要体现在主体开源、过程延续、手段多元、客体共生、结果分享五个维度。着眼未来,以绿色治理为载体增进民族团结、增强国家认同的体系性做法可成为贵州的专属名片。由此,铸牢中华民族共同体意识视域下贵州绿色治理路径的深化,还可按照“三步走”战略加以推进,即:第一步,通过塑造绿色典例、推进绿色产业和加强民族团结来打造模范省份;第二步,通过扩大生态合作、强化经济发展和巩固区域团结来推动区域建设;第三步,通过分享中国实践、贡献中国经验和展示中国形象来助力中国外交。

ln the practice of green governance,Guizhou actively promotes the systematic layout of forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation,firmly adheres to the ecological civilization theory and practice of"Clear Water and Green Mountains are as Good as Mountains of Gold and Silver",and takes the logical coupling of the construction of a model province with forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation and green governance as the governance goal.Looking to the past,Guizhou has relied on multi-ethnic elements to explore a scientific,effective,and systematic green governance,which is mainly reflected in five dimensions:subject open source,process continuation,diverse means,object symbiosis,and result sharing.Focusing on the future,the systematic approach of enhancing national unity and improving national identity with green governance as the carrier can become the exclusive business card of Guizhou.Therefore,the deepening of Guizhou's green governance path from the perspective of forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation can also be advanced by means of the"Three-step"strategy:the first step is to build a model province by shaping green governance examples,promoting green industries and strengthening national unity;the second step is to promote regional construction by expanding ecological cooperation,strengthening economic development and consolidating regional unity;the third step is to help China's diplomacy by sharing China's practice,contributing China's experience and showing China's image.
