民族地区教师教育现代化的实践向度及其实现路径

The Direction and Path of the Modernization of Teacher Education in Minority Regions

摘要 民族地区教师教育是培育和造就区域性高素质专业化创新型基础教育教师的重要载体与核心力量。推动民族地区教师教育现代化是促进区域性教师教育高质量发展的重要着力点。师范生是教师教育的重要对象,教师人才培养院校积极引领师范生涵养扎根区域一线的教育家精神、建构契合区域需要的教育知识和训练赋能区域发展的教育思维是民族地区教师教育现代化的重要实践向度;坚持思想性、文化性、地域性和前瞻性是合理推进民族地区教师教育现代化的基本实践原则;构建“认知+体验”的教学方式、“原理+案例”的教学范式、“思辨+表达”的教学形式和“线下+线上”的教学模式是有效实现民族地区基础教育教师人才培养现代化目标的可行性实践路径。 Teacher education in minority regions is an important carrier and core force of cultivating and training regional high-quality professional innovative basic education teachers.Promoting the modernization of teacher education in minority regions is an important point to advance the high-quality development of regional teacher education.Students of normal university are the important objects of teacher education.Universities for cultivating teacher talents actively guide students of normal university to develop educator spirit rooted in regional schools,build education knowledge required by the region and reinforce education thinking for regional development,which provides an important practical direction for the modernization of teacher education in minority regions.Ideological,cultural,regional and forward-looking are the basic practical principles should be followed to promote the modernization of teacher education in minority regions.The construction of the"Cognition-experience"teaching method,the"Principle-case"teaching paradigm,the"Speculationexpression"teaching form and the"Offline-online"teaching mode is the feasible path to effectively modernize the training of teachers in basic education in minority regions.
