The museum exhibition is a designed language that brings together the curator, exhibits, and audience within the same physical space. The key elements for a successful exhibition involve two types of individuals(audience and curator)and one type of objects(exhibits). The discussion surrounding the"relationship between objects and people"is an eternal proposition in museology. The theory of inter-subjectivity in Western philosophy provides a new perspective for exploring"relationship between objects and people"within museum contexts.Essentially,"people"involved in the exhibition-the curator and the audience-are the common subjects in the curatorial process. The exhibits are considered the common object faced by the two subjects.Consequently,a relationship model termed"subject(curator)-object(exhibit)-subject(audience)"is proposed for museum exhibitions. This model aims to facilitate cohesive communication between curators and audiences, fostering interactive dialogue among all involved parties through diverse means.Such an approach presents efficacious strategies for museum exhibition planning.
