长链非编码RNA介导的竞争性内源RNA调控网络在瘢痕疙瘩中的研究进展

摘要 长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)在瘢痕疙瘩中异常表达,部分lncRNA可与miRNA相互作用,作为竞争性内源RNA(ceRNA)来调节下游信使RNA表达,这些RNA分子相互关联形成复杂的ceRNA调节网络,在瘢痕疙瘩的发生和发展中发挥重要作用。本文综述lncRNA及其介导的ceRNA调控网络与瘢痕疙瘩的关系,以进一步探索瘢痕疙瘩的发病机制。 Long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)are aberrantly expressed in keloids,and some lncRNAs can interact with miRNAs and act as competitive endogenous RNAs(ceRNAs)to regulate downstream mRNA expression.These RNA molecules are interconnected to form a complex ceRNA regulatory network,playing an important role in the occurrence and development of keloids.This review summarizes the relationship between lncRNAs and their mediated ceRNA regulatory networks and keloids,in order to further explore the pathogenesis of keloids.
