RFID技术在木家具数字化车间的应用

摘要 随着信息技术的迅速发展,木家具企业纷纷筹建以信息技术为依托的数字化车间,以实现提高生产效率,降低生产成本等目标。射频识别(RFID)技术作为一种信息采集技术,具有识别速度快、识别距离远、存储容量大等优点。通过分析木家具车间信息采集现状,介绍RFID技术的系统组成与工作原理,进行条形码(BCT)技术与射频识别技术的差异性比较得出:RFID由于具有适应各种恶劣环境、对加工影响小等特性,适合应用在木家具制造车间采集在制品状态信息。BCT适合采集成品、工人、刀具夹具等信息,最后介绍RFID在车间信息采集、车间生产进度跟踪、车间实时监控的多种应用方式,可为实现数字化管理提供准确有效的重要保障。 With the rapid development of information technology,wood furniture enterprises are stepping up the preparation of new digital workshops based on information technology,expect realizing the goal of improving production efficiency and reducing production costs.Radio frequency identification(RFID)technology,as an information collection technology,has the advantages of fast identification speed,long identification distance and large storage capacity.According to the analysis of current wood furniture workshop information acquisition,the system composition and working principle of RFID technology were introduced.Through comparing with the bar code technology(BCT)and RFID technology,the results showed that RFID is suitable for work-in-progress(WIP)status information acquisition in wood furniture manufacturing plant because of the characteristics of adapting to all kinds of bad environment and small impact on the processing;while BCT is suitable for the collection of finished products,workers,tools and fixtures and other equipment information.Finally,the multiple application modes of RFID were introduced in aspects of workshop information collection,workshop production progress tracking,and workshop real-time monitoring,which will provide an accurate and effective important guarantee for the realization of digital management.
