随着计算机越来越广泛的渗透到社会的各个领域,计算机犯罪呈现上升趋势.我国关于计算机犯罪研究起步较晚,且因计算机犯罪的概念极不统一而导致定罪及其它一些相关问题上的混乱.本文试从这一基本问题入手,就计算机犯罪概念作一论述并重新定义.

As computers are used more and more widely in every social field, Computer Crime takes on ascend trend. The research of Computer Crime was started rather late in China, and the definition of Computer Crime was so disunited that it led confusion in conviction and other correlative issues. In this article, we discuss this basic topic and redefine Computer Crime.
