摘要
为进一步规范肾脏移植受者丙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis C virus,HCV)感染诊断和治疗的开展,改善移植受者和移植肾的预后,中华医学会器官移植学分会组织器官移植和感染病学相关专家制订了《中国肾脏移植受者丙型肝炎病毒感染临床诊疗指南(2023版)》,针对肾脏移植等待者HCV感染的评估和治疗、HCV感染者供肾的利用、肾脏移植受者感染的诊断和治疗等方面提出了建议。
To further standardize the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of hepatitis C virus(HCV)infection in renal transplant(RT)recipients,Branch of Organ Transplantation of the Chinese Medical Association has convened an expert panel of organ transplantation and infectious disease to develop this guideline.It provided recommendations on evaluating and treating HCV infection in patients awaiting kidney transplantation,utilizing kidneys from HCV-infected donors,and diagnosing and treating HCV infection in RT recipients.
