低层砌体结构基础(滑移)隔震技术应用综述

摘要 村镇砌体建筑抗震防灾能力薄弱,应用基础隔震技术来发展低成本村镇住宅隔震新体系,是新农村建设、村镇防震减灾的重大需求。为推进基础隔震技术在低层村镇建筑中的应用,介绍了“隔震橡胶支座隔震”与“低摩阻材料滑移层隔震”这两种建筑结构隔震方法;归纳、总结和评析了国内外低层砌体建筑基础(滑移)隔震技术的研究成果和工程应用实例,着重对低成本的石墨玻璃丝布、玻璃珠滑移层、钢筋沥青隔震技术和我国西南地区积极推广应用的简易橡胶支座隔震技术进行阐述。综述成果可为继续研究基础(滑移)隔震技术提供参考。 The earthquake prevention and disaster prevention ability of masonry buildings in villages and towns is weak,and the application of basic seismic isolation technology to develop the new seismic and seismic isolation system of low⁃cost villages and towns is a major demand for the new rural construction and earthquake prevention and disaster reduction in villages and towns.This paper introduces the two methods of"seismic rubber bearing damping"and"sliding layer of low friction material";summarize and evaluate the research results of seismic isolation technology at home and abroad,and explain the low⁃cost graphite⁃glass fiber cloth,glass bead sliding layer,reinforced⁃asphalt damping technology and the simple rubber bearing isolation technology in southwest China.The review results provide reference for the basic(slip)isolation technology.
