既有建筑增建地下空间的基坑支护方案分析与应用

摘要 早期城市建设过程中,大量位于城市中心的既有建筑未设置地下室或仅仅设置单层地下室。随着社会经济的发展,无地下室或单层地下室的既有建筑已远不能满足建筑地下空间的使用需求。本文探讨了多种不同类型的既有建筑增建地下空间的基坑支护方案,总结了工程经验为同类工程提供借鉴,可为城市旧改中需增建地下空间的工程提供技术参考。 In the early urban construction process,a large number of existing buildings located in the city center did not have basements or only had single story basements.With the development of social economy,existing buildings without basements or with single story basements are far from meeting the usage needs of underground space in buildings.This article explores many different types of foundation pit support schemes for adding underground space to existing buildings,and summarizes engineering experience.The case of adding underground space foundation pit support to existing buildings discussed in this article can provide reference for similar projects,and also provide technical reference for projects that need to add underground space in urban old renovation.
