计及锁相环动态特性的逆变电源双向故障诊断方法

摘要 为准确诊断逆变电源故障,提出一种计及锁相环动态特性的逆变电源双向故障诊断方法。考虑到锁相环动态特性,采用时域分析法对逆变电源信号的故障特征参量进行描述,同时对故障信号电压相位进行变换;然后利用对称分量理论确定瞬时值以诊断逆变电源双向故障。实验选择并联逆变电源故障作为测试对象,按照开路故障、短路故障以及负载电阻故障形式进行划分,分别诊断不同故障下的电压数据的波峰系数。实验结果表明,所提方法检测出的波峰系数与正常态波峰系数范围(1.63,1.68)、VT_(1)开路波峰系数(1.80,2.10)、VT_(2)开路波峰系数范围(1.91,1.95)、VT_(2)短路波峰系数(1.65,1.70)、负载电阻开路波峰系数(1.90,1.92)基本一致。证实了所提方法可以实现故障电压波峰数据的精准判断,具有应用价值。 If the inverter power supply fails,the normal operation of the system equipment will be affected,and the electrical equipment and production will be seriously threatened.Therefore,to diagnose inverter power supply faults accurately,a bidirectional fault diagnosis method for inverter power supply that takes into account the dynamic characteristics of the phase-locked loop was proposed.Considering the dynamic characteristics of the phase-locked loop,the time-domain analysis method was used to describe the fault characteristic parameters of the inverter power supply signal,and the voltage phase of the fault signal was transformed.Then,the instantaneous value was determined using the symmetric component theory to diagnose bidirectional faults of the inverter power supply.The experimental results show that the peak coefficients detected by the proposed method are basically consistent with the normal state peak coefficient range(1.63,1.68),VT_(1) open circuit peak coefficient(1.80,2.10),VT_(2)open circuit peak coefficient range(1.91,1.95),VT_(2)short circuit peak coefficient(1.65,1.70),and load resistance open circuit peak coefficient(1.90,1.92).This confirms that the proposed method can achieve accurate judgment of fault voltage peak data and has practical value.
