智能教育时代高校教师角色转型的必然、实然与应然

摘要 高校教师是影响高等教育高质量发展的关键因素。智能教育时代的加速到来,知识获取与传授方式、教与学关系、师生关系发生革命性变化。培养创新人才的时代使命、教育教学改革的内在要求、培养现代学生自主学习能力的本质需求,成为推动高校教师角色转型的必然要求。但是,在当前高校教育教学中,高校教师在角色转型时尚存在“多重角色难以抉择、不知如何转变、不能迅速转变”等多重困境,并面临智能教育教学能力参差不齐、高校智能化教学环境保障支持不足等困难。为此,高校教师须重塑对智能教育的角色认知,提升智能教育的专业素养与能力,高校需构建和打造智能教育的良好生态系统。 College teachers are the key factors affecting the high quality development of higher education.With the acceleration of the era of intelligent education,the way of knowledge acquisition and imparting,the relationship between teaching and learning,and the relationship between teachers and students have undergone revolutionary changes.The mission of the times to train innovative talents,the inherent requirements of education and teaching reform,and the essential needs of cultivating modern students'autonomous learning ability have become the inevitable requirements to promote the role transformation of college teachers.However,in the current college education and teaching,there are multiple difficulties in the role transformation of college teachers,such as“difficult to choose multiple roles,do not know how to change,and cannot change quickly”,and they are faced with difficulties such as uneven intelligent education and teaching ability and insufficient support for intelligent teaching environment in colleges and universities.To this end,college teachers should reshape their cognition of the role of intelligent education,enhance their professional quality and ability of intelligent education,and colleges and universities should build a good ecosystem of intelligent education.
