摘要
师范生是我国基础教育教师队伍的后备力量,优化教师教育类课程的教学模式是提升师范生培养效果的必然要求。以《课堂教学的组织与管理》课程在应用型高校的教学为例,开展提升师范生专业能力的教学模式探索。团队教师结合学情分析及教学痛点问题分析,从教学内容、教学策略和教学评价三个方面进行教学改革,形成了以学生为中心、以实践为导向、以能力为本位的多维立体教学模式,并采用教育行动研究在教学实践中进行了检验和改进,取得了显著的教学成效。
Normal students are the reserve force of China's elementary education teacher team,and optimizing the teaching mode of teacher education courses is an inevitable requirement for improving the training effect of normal students.This article takes the teaching of the course Organization and Management of Classroom Teaching in Xi'an University as an example,in order to explore the teaching model of improving the professional ability of normal students.Combined with the analysis of learning situation and the analysis of teaching pain points,the team teachers carried out teaching reform from three aspects:teaching content,teaching strategy and teaching evaluation.They formed a multi-dimensional teaching model that is student-centered,practice-oriented and competencybased.They also used educational action research to test and improve in teaching practice,achieving significant teaching results.
