During the Central Soviet Area,The CPC adapted to the trend of revolutionary development,improved the laws and regulations within the Party,carried out legal construction,strengthened supervision and discipline enforcement,and vigorously promoted the exploration and practice of managing and administering the Party by Institution.Thus,the foundation of local governance managing and administering the Party by Institution was established,the basic framework of the Party's internal regulatory system was established,and new characteristics and trends of managing and administering the Party by Institution were formed.This provided a solid guarantee for the revolutionary struggle and the construction of the red political power in the Soviet area under the severe situation at that time.Summarizing and analyzing the exploration and practice of managing and administering the Party by Institution during this period,and drawing nourishment from it,is still of great significance for continuously promoting the practice of managing and administering the Party by Institution in the new era and new journey.
