氧环境对膝关节韧带重建术后组织修复替代的影响

Effect of oxygen environment on tissue repair and replacement after knee ligament reconstruction surgery

摘要 肌腱移植手术是一种常见的膝关节韧带修复方法。当移植的肌腱处于不同氧环境时,氧张力水平的差异对于肌腱的再生替代具有重要影响。本文对膝关节韧带重建术后修复替代与氧环境的关系进行了文献复习与综述,旨在为临床实践提供理论依据。 Tendon transplantation surgery is a common method for repairing knee joint ligaments.When transplanted tendons are in different oxygen environments,the difference in oxygen tension levels significantly impacts on tendon regeneration and replacement.This article provides a literature review on the effect of oxygen environment on tissue repair and replacement after knee ligament reconstruction surgery to provide the theoretical basis for clinical practice.
