高磁导率软磁复合材料研究进展

摘要 近年来,随着电子产品的高频化、小型化、多元化发展,作为电子元器件重要原材料之一的软磁复合材料受到学术界和工业界的广泛关注,如何获得高磁导率、高饱和磁感应强度、低损耗、低矫顽力的软磁复合材料成为研究重点。本文总结了提高软磁复合材料磁导率的制备工艺现状,概述了不同的制备工艺对材料性能的影响,展望了软磁复合材料成型工艺的发展趋势和发展方向,以期为软磁复合材料的发展提供参考。 In recent years,with the high-frequency,miniaturization,and diversified development of electronic products,soft magnetic composite materials,as one of the important raw materials for electronic components,have received widespread attention from academia and industry.How to obtain soft magnetic composite materials with high permeability,high saturation magnetic induction,low loss and low coercivity has become a focus of research.This article summarized the current situation of preparation processes for improving the magnetic permeability of soft magnetic composite materials,outlines the impact of different preparation processes on material properties,and looks forward to the development trend and direction of soft magnetic composite material forming processes,it is expected to provide reference for the development of soft magnetic composites.
