摘要
壬基酚(NP)是表面活性剂,被广泛运用在化工中。但由于其特殊的难降解性和亲脂性,它们很容易在生物体中积累,一旦进入人体中,它的类雌激素效应可干扰自身体内的合成、释放、代谢等过程,导致自身内环境失调。提取土壤中壬基酚有索氏提取法、超声辅助法、微波辅助法、加速溶剂萃取法以及超临界流体萃取法,其中María Fernández-Sanjuan等采用超声波提取,评估样品预处理的各种方法对辛基酚(OP)、壬基酚(NP)和壬基酚乙氧基化物(NP1EO,NP2EO)浓度的影响。使用该方法,检测到NP的浓度为3.2~199 mg/kg,其次为最高浓度的是NP1EO。周志洪等建立了快速溶剂萃取-在线固相萃取/高效液相色谱串联质谱分析方法来测定复杂基体中壬基酚,用正己烷、二氯甲烷、甲醇的混合溶剂进行萃取,该方法中方的污泥样品回收率为67.8%~82.6%。结合国内外的一些研究,对土壤中壬基酚不同提取方法、检测方法等方面进行探讨,总结了土壤、底泥中壬基酚目前常用的一些方法。
Nonylphenol(NP)is a surfactant,which is mainly widely used in chemical industry.However,due to its special difficulty degradation and lipophilic,they can easily accumulate in the organism.Once entering the body,its estrogen-like effect can interfere with the synthesis,release,metabolism and other processes in its own body,leading to their internal environmental disorders.Soxhlet extraction,ultrasound-assisted extraction,microwave-assisted extraction,accelerated solvent extraction and Supercritical fluid extraction extraction were used to extract nonylphenol from soil,to evaluate the effects of various sample pretreatment methods on the concentrations of octyl phenol(OP),nonylphenol(NP)and nonylphenol ethoxides(NP1EO,NP2EO).Using this method,the concentration of NP was 3.2~199 mg/kg,followed by the highest concentration of NP1EO.Zhou Zhihong et al developed a rapid solvent extraction-on-line SPE High-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of nonylphenol in complex substrates,the recovery rate of sludge samples in this method was 67.8%~82.6%by using the mixed solvent of n-hexane,dichloromethane and methanol.The extraction and determination methods of nonylphenol in soil were discussed,and some common methods of nonylphenol in soil and sediment were summarized.
