气相色谱法测定植物精油中的柠檬烯和马鞭草烯酮

摘要 建立气相色谱法快速检测化妆品中的植物香精组分柠檬烯和马鞭草烯酮。色谱柱:Agilent DB-Wax柱(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm),程序升温,流速41.8 mL/min,进样量1.0μL。柠檬烯和马鞭草烯酮在所测浓度范围内有良好的线性关系,柠檬烯的标准曲线方程为y=(3.261 223e-004)x+(-1.536 861),马鞭草烯酮的标准曲线方程为y=(3.154 125e-004)x+(-4.098 478),相关系数R2>0.999,平均回收率为96.2%~99.8%(RSD<4.5%,n=6)。该方法特异性、重复性、中间精密度、准确度良好,可作为化妆品中柠檬烯和马鞭草的含量测定方法。 A establish gas chromatography was set for rapidly detecting of dipentene and verbenone in plant essential oil.The temperature was programmed on a Agilent DB-Wax column(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25μm),the flow rate was 41.8 mL/min,and the injection volume was 1.0μL.Each component has a good linear relationship in the concentration range,standard curve of dipentene was y=(3.261223e-004)x+(-1.536861),standard curve of verbenone was y=(3.154125e-004)x+(-4.098478),and the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.999.The average recovery rate was 96.2%~99.8%(RSD<4.5%,n=6).This method had good specificity,repeatability,intermediate precision and accuracy,could be used as a method for determining the content of dipentene and verbenone in plant essential oil.
