印染废水处理及回用工程实例

摘要 采用混凝沉淀/水解酸化/AO/沉淀/混凝气浮/MBR/反渗透工艺处理印染废水,污水规模为4 000 m^(3)/d,同时对部分污水进行深度处理,产水率为60%,产水规模为1 500 m^(3)/d。经过两年的运行,系统处理效果稳定,气浮处理后的出水COD为140~166 mg/L,TN为14~21 mg/L,NH3-N为2~5 mg/L,TP为0.1~0.2 mg/L,SS为66~80 mg/L,满足《纺织染整工业水污染排放标准》(GB 4287-2012)表2标准。部分污水经过MBR/反渗透工艺深度处理后,出水COD为25~32 mg/L,TN为11~16 mg/L,NH3-N为3~5 mg/L,TP为0.1~0.2 mg/L,SS为6~8 mg/L,满足回用要求。 Printing and dyeing wastewater was treated by coagulation precipitation/hydrolytic acidification/AO/precipitation/coagulation air flotation/MBR/reverse osmosis process.The scale of wastewater was 4000 m^(3)/d.At the same time,part of wastewater was further treated,the water production rate was 60%,and the reuse scale was 1500 m^(3)/d.After two years of operation,the treatment effect of the system was stable.The effluent COD,TN,NH3-N,TP and SS are 140~166 mg/L,14~21 mg/L,2~5 mg/L,0.1~0.2 mg/L and 66~80 mg/L respectively.Meet the standards in Table 2 of<Textile Dyeing and Finishing Industry Water Pollution Discharge Standards>(GB 4287-2012).After deep treatment by MBR/reverse osmosis process,COD of effluent was 25~32 mg/L,TN was 11~16 mg/L,NH3-N was 3~5 mg/L,TP was 0.1~0.2 mg/L,SS was 6~8 mg/L,which could meet the requirements of reuse.
