仿真与实验协同视角下多相流分离教学实验设计

摘要 多相流分离技术广泛应用于石油化工领域,而实验研究和仿真计算是其主要的研究方法。本文在仿真与实验协同视角下设计了多相流分离教学实验,首先采用FLUENT软件对旋流分离器进行建模计算,得到了旋流器内流场分布以及不同操作参数对其分离效率的影响规律;然后采用实验方法对旋流器的工作过程进行了还原,将实验数据与仿真结果进行了对比分析,验证了计算模型的准确性。通过将仿真过程与实验流程相结合,直观展示了多相流分离装置的分离过程,有助于学生更深入了解分离机理,并提升教学实验的探索性和创新性。 Multiphase flow separation technology is widely used in the field of petrochemical industry,and experimental research and simulation calculation are the main research methods.A multi-phase flow separation teaching experiment was designed from the perspective of simulation and experiment collaboration.FLUENT software was used to model the cyclone separator,and the distribution of flow field in the cyclone and the influence of different operating parameters on the separation efficiency were obtained.The working process of the cyclone was also restored by the experimental method,and the experimental data was compared with the simulation results to verify the accuracy of the calculation model.By combining the simulation process with the experimental process,the separation process of the multiphase flow separation device was visually demonstrated,which helped students to have a deeper understanding of the separation mechanism,and enhances the exploration and innovation of the teaching experiment.
