基于物联网和蓝牙通信的无线电机监测设备设计及应用

摘要 针对工业生产中电机容易出现不正常运行或故障等问题,设计一种基于物联网和蓝牙通信的无线电机监测设备。无线监测设备基于STM32超低功耗单片机进行开发,结合多种传感器和蓝牙模块实现对电机各项参数的采集和传输;网关将接收到的数据通过MQTT协议上传至云端服务器,并实现数据可视化,方便后续电机设备的管理和维护。经实验验证,无线监测设备运行稳定,可以实现对电机的状态监测,且能够极大地提高电机状态监测的效率。该设备具有低功耗、易维护、可以长期运行等特点,能够实现对工业电机长期的状态监测,具有良好的应用前景。 A wireless motor monitoring device based on the Internet of Things and Bluetooth communication is designed to address issues such as abnormal operation or malfunction of motors in industrial production.The wireless monitoring equipment is developed based on STM32 ultra-low power microcontroller.The data of various parameters of the motor is collected and transmitted by combing with a variety of sensors and Bluetooth modules.The gateway can be used to upload the received data to the cloud server by means of the MQTT protocol and realize the data visualization,facilitating the management and maintenance of subsequent motor equipment.The experimental verification show that the wireless monitoring devices can operate stably,can monitor the status of motors,and can greatly improve the efficiency of motor status monitoring.It has the characteristics of low power consumption,easy maintenance,and long-term operation,can realize long-term condition monitoring of industrial motors,and has good application prospects.
