数字化与社会化:高校思想政治工作的变与不变——基于高校大学生社群类应用使用情况的分析

摘要 面对教育数字化转型,如何才能在数字化中把握思想政治工作的社会化,是当前思想政治工作研究实践的重点。找准高校思想政治工作的数字化与社会化的耦合点,要以数字化为基础、以社会化为重点,保持思想政治工作发展的内驱力。数字化无时不在影响学生社会化的进程。社群类应用是高校学生社交互动的数字化场域。基于对上海高校学生使用社群类应用的调研,了解社群类应用在大学生这一特定群体的使用与影响,具体包括使用类型、使用功能、使用行为、使用偏好等。通过描述性统计分析和二元Logit回归分析,呈现数字空间中学生社交关系的营建、维系、流动的过程,印证数字化对学生社会关系构建的调整和数字化对高校思想政治工作生态的影响。数字化为高校思想政治工作的个性化开展和针对性提升创设平台,“数字思政”为高校思想政治工作提质增能,“数字空间”为高校思想政治工作辐射拓能。通过数字化,更精准地把握育人对象,巩固认同关系,增强个体与社会联结的韧性,重塑数字化社会育人生态,以数字化助推社会化。 Facing the digital transformation of education,how to grasp the socialization of ideological and political work in digitization is the focus of current research and practice in ideological and political work.To find the coupling point between the digitization and socialization of ideological and political work in universities,researchers should focus on digitization and socialization,and maintain the driving force for the development of ideological and political work.Digitization is constantly affecting the process of student socialization.Community applications are digital fields for social interaction among university students.Based on a survey of the use of community applications among university students in Shanghai,the paper aim to understand the use and impact of community applications among this specific group of university students,including the types of use,functions,behaviors,and preferences.Through descriptive statistical analysis and binary Logit regression analysis,the process of building,maintaining,and flowing social relationships among students in digital space is presented,confirming the adjustment of digitization to the construction of student social relationships and the impact of digitization on the ecological environment of ideological and political work in universities.Digitization has created a platform for the personalized development and targeted improvement of ideological and political work in universities.“Digital ideology and politics”improves the quality and efficiency of ideological and political work in universities,while“digital space”expands the reach of ideological and political work in universities.Through digitization,we can more accurately grasp the educational targets,consolidate identity relationships,enhance the resilience of individual and social connections,reshape the educational ecology of the digital society,and promote socialization through digitization.
