污泥与皮革废料混合焚烧设计方案

摘要 中原地区某皮草公司内皮革废料及其厂区污水处理厂所产污泥原采用填埋模式处置,但存在较多弊端,影响该公司的正常运行。通过对我国多种污泥混合掺烧案例以及处理物料的性质进行分析后,确定污泥与皮革废料混合焚烧是最为合适的处置工艺。通过对燃烧工况进行理论分析,确定采用皮革预处理+污泥干化+焚烧+烟气净化工艺处置路线及布置方案。通过碳减排计算,采用固废混合焚烧后,较原填埋处置工艺减少CO_(2)排放量约7.594×10^(4) t/a。试运行阶段可满足混合物的自持燃烧,烟气经处理后达标排放,基本达到污泥(包括其他皮革混合物料)减量化、稳定化、无害化的设计要求。 The leather waste and sludge from the sewage treatment plant in a fur company in Central China were originally disposed by landfill mode,but there were many drawbacks that affect the normal operation of the company.The mixed incineration of sludge and leather waste was determined to be the most appropriate disposal process after analyzing a variety of sludge mixed incineration cases and the properties of the treated materials.The disposal route and layout plan of leather pretreatment,sludge drying,incineration and flue gas purification were determined based on the theoretical analysis of combustion conditions.According to the carbon emission reduction calculation,the mixed incineration will reduce carbon dioxide emission by approximately 75940 t/a compared with the original landfill disposal process.The self‑sustaining combustion was achieved in the trial operation stage,and the flue gas was emitted after meeting the discharge standard,indicating that the scheme basically met the design requirements of sludge(including other leather mixtures)reduction,stabilization and innocuity.
