摘要
微细钻铣刀具是微纳加工的重要工具,广泛应用于航空航天、3C电子产品、新能源汽车和医疗器械等高端装备关键零部件的微细加工。本文对比了多种微细钻铣刀具制造方法的优缺点发现,采用脉冲激光加工技术制造微细钻铣刀具具有良好的加工能力和适用范围;探讨了脉冲激光制造微细刀具的加工机理和加工工艺等的研究现状,提出了脉冲激光加工微细钻铣刀具的应用前景和发展趋势。
Micro-drills and micro-milling tools is an important tool for micro/nano processing,and is widely used for micro-processing of key components of high-end equipment such as aerospace,3C electronic products,new energy vehicles,medical devices,etc.In this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of various current manufacturing methods for micro drilling and milling cutters are compared.It is considered that the pulse laser machining technology for manufacturing micro drilling and milling cutters demonstrates good machining ability and application range.The research status of machining mechanism and process of fine cutter fabricated by pulsed laser is discussed.The application prospect and development trend of fine cutter fabricated by pulsed laser are put forward.
