深孔钻导向条与孔壁挤压作用对钻孔偏斜的影响分析

摘要 深孔加工应用领域广泛,作为评定深孔加工的重要指标,钻孔偏斜量的优劣直接决定深孔件加工质量。为了研究深孔加工过程中深孔刀具系统对孔轴线偏斜量的影响,综合考虑中弱刚度钻杆弯曲效应和导向条对孔壁接触挤压作用,基于直梁弯曲位移理论和弹塑性力学的曲面赫兹接触理论,建立导向副接触模型。通过导向副接触模型分析钻削深度对导向副接触区域的影响,试验证明,建立的理论模型所得结果与钻削试验结果基本一致。 Deep hole machining is widely applied in many fields.The deviation of drilling hole is an important index to evaluate deep hole machining,and its quality directly determines the machining quality of deep hole parts.In order to study the influence of deep hole tool system on the deflection of hole axis in the process of deep hole machining,a contact model of guide pair is established based on the bending displacement theory of straight beam and the curved surface Hertz contact theory of elastoplastic mechanics,considering the bending effect of drill pipe with medium weak stiffness and the contact squeezing effect of guide bar on hole wall.The influence of drilling depth on the contact area of guide pair is analyzed by the contact model of guide pair.The results obtained by the model are basically consistent with those obtained by drilling test.
