关于武汉市综合保税区发展的思考

Reflection on the Development of Wuhan Comprehensive Bonded Zone

综合保税区是对外开放的重要平台、重要载体,是一座城市对外开放的桥头堡、主阵地。高质量发展离不开高水平的对外开放,高水平的对外开放离不开综保区的高质量发展。武汉市是湖北省最早获批成立对外开放综合保税区的城市,同时承载着带动湖北省经济发展的重要使命。近期受中美贸易战等外部环境和自身因素影响,武汉市进出口面临较大压力,在此情况下,如何充分挖掘发挥综保区在对外开放中的特殊优势,提高综保区在带动本地进出口增长中的作用,其重要性不言而喻。因此,通过探寻武汉市综保区发展过程中存在的问题,提出促进武汉市综保区发展的建议。

Comprehensive bonded zone is an important platform and main frontier for a city’s opening-up.High quality development relies on high-level opening-up,and high-level opening-up rests on the high-quality development of comprehensive bonded zone.Wuhan,being approved in the first batch to establish comprehensive bonded zone in China,is the locomotive in promoting Hubei’s economic development.Recently,due to external factors such as the China US trade war and internal factors,Wuhan's import and export have faced significant pressure.In this situation,the importance of fully tapping into and leveraging the special advantages of the Comprehensive Bonded Zone in opening up to the outside world,and enhancing the role of the Comprehensive Bonded Zone in driving local import and export growth is self-evident.Therefore,by exploring the problems that exist in the development process of Wuhan Comprehensive Bonded Zone,suggestions are proposed to promote the development of Wuhan Comprehensive Bonded Zone.
