摘要
飞行员的胜任力是民航领域评估飞行员工作绩效的关键维度。胜任力不仅包括飞行员的基础技能和知识,还涉及其在特定情境中完成任务的能力,这对于保障航空安全和效率至关重要。而当前的飞行员核心胜任力评估方法可能无法全面地、准确地衡量飞行员胜任力的各个方面,因此,提出了一种新的评估策略,基于改进的G1-CRITIC方法确定权重。该方法整合了G1序关系分析法和CRITIC法,具有显著的优势,特别是在处理定性和定量因素的复杂问题上。为进一步完善评价,研究还采用了TOPSIS法构建飞行员核心胜任力的评价模型。G1-CRITIC-TOPSIS量化管理模型为航空公司提供了一种创新的飞行员评估和管理方法,有望进一步改善其人力资源策略,为航空公司创造长期竞争优势。
The competency of pilots is a key dimension for evaluating their job performance in the civil aviation industry.Competence not only includes the basic skills and knowledge of pilots,but also involves their ability to complete tasks in specific situations,which is crucial for ensuring aviation safety and efficiency.The current evaluation methods may not be able to comprehensively and accurately balance various aspects of pilot competence.Based on this,a new evaluation strategy is proposed to determine weights based on the improved G1-CRITIC method.This method integrates G1 sequence relationship analysis and CRITIC method,and has significant advantages,especially in dealing with complex problems of qualitative and quantitative factors.To further improve the evaluation,the TOPSIS method was also used to construct an evaluation model for pilot core competency.The G1-CRITIC-TOPSIS quantitative management model provides airlines with an innovative pilot evaluation and management method,which is expected to further improve their human resource strategies and create long-term competitive advantages for airlines.
