摘要
覆岩离层减沉注浆期间,在设计的浆液参数下,为了精准实时判断注浆成果是否满足主关键层不破断、地表被保护建(构)筑物Ⅰ级保护标准等级规定,基于岩石移动角、“砌体梁”力学模型、关键层及覆岩离层注浆分带理论,以被保护建(构)筑物的受护边界为起点,沿工作面走向,按逆向回采方向,将终采线里侧注浆充填区域对应的地表进行了四级分区,依次为控制区、预警区、过渡区和下沉区。将沉降观测获取的数据绘制成滑移与下沉变形曲线,与四级分区组合成下沉分析图,该图可直观分析注浆成果和间接推断主关键层破断、破裂,下沉扰度变形、完整等的实际赋存状态,进而达到实时指导覆岩离层注浆的目的,对同类工程具有指导意义。
During the grouting process of reducing settlement in the overlying rock separation layer,under the designed slurry parameters,in order to accurately and real-time determine whether the grouting results meet the requirements of the primary key layer not breaking and the classⅠprotection standard level of protected buildings(structures)on the surface,the paper wass based on the rock movement angle,the"masonry beam"mechanical model,and the grouting zoning theory of the key layer and overlying rock separation layer.Starting from the protected boundary of the protected building(structure),along the direction of the working face and in the reverse mining direction,the corresponding ground surface of the grouting filling area on the inner side of the stop mining line was divided into four levels:control zone,warning zone,transition zone,and sinking zone.Draw the data obtained from settlement observation into a slip and sinking deformation curves,and combine it with the fourth level zoning to form a sinking analysis chart.This chart can intuitively analyze the grouting results and indirectly infer the actual occurrence status of the main key layer breaking,fracturing,sinking disturbance deformation,integrity,etc.,,thereby achieving the goal of real-time guidance for overlying rock separation layer grouting,which has guiding significance for similar projects.
