煤矿井下瓦斯抽放泵站集中控制系统研发与应用

摘要 煤矿井下瓦斯抽放泵站是承担矿井瓦斯抽放的重要场所。以晋能控股集团成庄煤矿为例,在井下瓦斯抽放泵站研发应用了集中控制系统,该系统具有数据自动采集、分析、存储等功能,实现了瓦斯抽放主要设备状态在线监测与远程控制,探索瓦斯泵站无人值守运行模式,不仅节约了人工成本,而且提高了瓦斯抽放设备运转的可靠性。 The underground gas drainage pump station in coal mines is an important place for gas drainage pump station in coal mine underground,this article took the Chengzhuang Coal Mine of Jinneng Holdings Group as an example to develop and apply a centralized control system in the underground gas drainage pump station,the system has functions such as automatic data collection,analysis,and storage,achieving online monitoring and remote control of the main equipment status for gas drainage,exploring the unmanned operation mode of gas pumping stations,not only saving labor costs,but also improving the reliability of gas drainage equipment operation.
