自燃煤层综放工作面采空区遗煤自燃危险区域辨识方法

摘要 砂墩子煤矿N4107综放工作面煤层为自燃煤层,采空区遗煤较多,容易发生自然发火事故。为有效防治该工作面采空区遗煤自燃隐患,科学进行了采空区遗煤自燃“三带”划分,利用Fluent软件进行模拟验证,结合采空区遗煤特征,辨识了采空区遗煤易自燃危险区域的分布规律,为有效进行采空区自然发火防治提供了科学依据。 The coal seam of N4107 fully-mechanized caving face in Shaduanzi Coal Mine is spontaneous combustion coal seam,and there is a lot of residual coal in the goaf,which is prone to natural combustion accidents.In order to effectively prevent the hidden danger of spontaneous combustion of residual coal in the goaf of the working face,the scientific division of the"three zones"of spontaneous combustion of residual coal in the goaf was carried out,and simulation verification was carried out using Fluent software.Combined with the characteristics of residual coal in the goaf,the distribution law of high-risk areas for spontaneous combustion of residual coal in the goaf was identified,providing a scientific basis for effective prevention and control of spontaneous combustion in the goaf.
