摘要
以激光干涉仪为主标准器,结合显微镜瞄准和CCD影像采集装置检定三等金属线纹尺的实际长度,已成为目前常用的检定方法。文中从多个方面分析该方法检定三等金属线纹尺实际长度的测量不确定度来源,得到满足要求的评定结果。
It is currently the commonly utilized calibration methodology that employs the laser interferometer as the main standard,combining with microscope aiming and CCD image acquisition device,to verify the actual length of the gradeⅢstandard metallic scale.The source of the measurement uncertainty in the actual length of the gradeⅢstandard metallic scale verified by this method is analyzed from many aspects,and the evaluation results that meet the requirements are obtained.
