摘要
评价耐蚀钢筋的关键指标是腐蚀性能,通常用相对腐蚀率表示。行业标准YB/T 4367-2014《钢筋氯离子腐蚀环境中腐蚀试验方法》未明确对比样化学成分、样品加工直径、样品表面粗糙度等级等条件,文中通过对上述不同条件进行腐蚀率实验,得出多组相对腐蚀率数据,为后续制定更详细的标准或试验提供可参考数据。
The key index to evaluate the corrosion resistance of steel bars is corrosion performance,which is usually expressed as relative corrosion rate.The industry standard YB/T 4367-2014"corrosion test method for steel bars in chloride environment"do not specify the chemical composition of the contrast sample,the processing diameter of the sample,the surface roughness grade of the sample.In this paper,corrosion rate experiments are conducted under different conditions mentioned above,and multiple sets of relative corrosion rate data are obtained,providing referable data for the subsequent development of more detailed standards or tests.
