随着数字经济时代的到来,数字劳动平台异军突起,在当今社会扮演着十分重要的角色。这一发展趋势从工作的性质、个体的劳动处境、工作者与雇主之间的关系等方面均对传统劳动异化理论构成了挑战,但劳动异化的本质并未改变。平台资本通过对劳动方式的“数字化颠覆”、对劳动时间的“无规制量化”、对劳动空间的“全景式监控”、对劳动主体的“多层次剥削”、对劳动价值的“否定性重构”,引发了深刻的劳动新异化。必须通过建立平台劳动者权益保障法规体系等一系列措施,确保劳动者的劳动权益和社会保障,推动数字技术的人性化发展与应用。

With the advent of digital economy era,the digital labor platforms are flourishing,playing an important role in today’s society.While the trend is challenging the classical labor alienation theory in many aspects,such as the nature of labor,working conditions of individuals,and the relationship between employees and employers,the nature of labor alienation doesn’t change at all.On the contrary,new forms of labor alienation germinate and grow,as is shown in the“digital subversion”of labor mode,“irregulated qualification”of labor time,“overall supervision”of labor space,“multiple exploitation”of labor subjects,and“negative reconstruction”of labor value by platform capital.A series of measures must be taken,such as establishing concerning regulations,to guarantee the right and interests of labor and their social security,so that the development and application of digital technology can be humanized.
