在“一站式”学生社区中建立功能型党支部,是加强和改进高校学生党建工作和大学生思想政治教育工作的有力探索。功能型党支部更具灵活性与独特性,聚焦示范引领和服务功能,更能突出学生主体作用,是学生社区强化组织建设的重要载体、突出价值引领的重要抓手和强化自我治理的重要平台。但在实际运用中,仍存在工作稳定性不够、工作规范性不强、政治力和组织力相对薄弱等问题。高校要加强领导、灵活运用,确保功能型党支部的政治性,因地制宜发挥功能性,健全制度提升规范性,不断激发高校基层党建生机活力,提高基层党组织的创造力、战斗力。

Establishing functional Party branches in a“one-stop”student community is a significant exploration to strengthen and improve the party building and ideological and political education of college students.With more flexibility and uniqueness,functional Party branches focus on providing demonstration and service,and more on highlighting the subjectivity of students.They are an important carrier for strengthening organizational construction in student communities,an important lever for highlighting value guidance,and an important platform for strengthening self governance.However,in practical application,there are also shortcomings such as insufficient work stability,lack of work standardization,and relatively weak political and organizational strength.Universities should actively and flexibly apply in the construction of“one-stop”communities,strengthen leadership to ensure political integrity,adapt to local conditions to exercise their function,improve systems to enhance standardization,continuously stimulate the vitality of grassroots party building in universities,and improve the creativity and capacity of grassroots party organizations.
