摘要
采用准实验法和问卷调查相结合的方法,在不同大学选取不同专业的部分学生为研究对象,将被试分为两组,开展为期六周的团体辅导。干预前后,分别使用职业生涯状况评价问卷对被试进行测量。结果显示:实验组学生后测的总分和各分量表的得分均显著比对照组学生高,表明团体辅导对提高大学生职业生涯规划能力有显著的效果。此外,实验组的学生中,心理学专业学生的量表总分和各分量表得分均显著高于艺术类专业。实验表明,团体辅导在大学生职业生涯规划中具有正向影响,不同专业之间辅导效果存在差异。
With the combination of quasi-experiment and questionnaire,this research selects students of different majors from different universities as objects,and divides them into two groups to conduct the six-week group counseling.And the subjects are measured with the Career Assessment Questionnaire(CSAS)before and after intervention.The results show that the total score of the students in the experimental group and the scores of each sub-scale are significantly higher than those in the control group(p<0.05),indicating that group counseling has a significant effect on improving college students’career planning ability.In addition,among the students in the experimental group,the total score and sub-scale scores of CSAS of psychology majors are significantly higher than those of art majors(p<0.05).This study finds that group counseling has a positive effect on college students’career planning,and that its effect varies among college students of different majors.
