推进县域治理体系和治理能力现代化,是实现国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的基础性环节。推进县域治理体系现代化,在促进乡村全面振兴、实现城乡融合、推动农业农村现代化等方面发挥着至关重要的作用。文章针对县域治理体系现代化实践过程中出现的治理理念滞后、治理主体单一、治理工具滞后等问题,提出坚持以人民为中心的服务理念、构建多元主体参与的治理格局、以数字技术赋能县域治理现代化等对策,以开创县域治理新局面。

Promoting the modernization of county-level governance system and governance capacity is a fundamental link in achieving the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity,which plays a crucial role in realizing comprehensive rural revitalization,facilitating urban-rural integration,and agricultural and rural modernization.To this end,in order to address the current issues of outdated governance philosophy,single governance subjects,and lagging governance tools,strategies are put forward such as adhering to people-centered service concept,creating a governance pattern characterized by the engagement of diverse subjects,and empowering the modernization of county governance with digital technology to create a new situation.
