摘要
随着社会的发展和科技的不断进步,人口老龄化问题备受社会各界关注。对低龄老人人力资源进行开发,是促进社会和谐,保证人力资源有效供给,实现国民经济稳定发展的重要举措之一。文章以成都市低龄老人为研究对象,采取实地问卷调查与访谈的调研方式,系统分析了低龄老人人力资源开发现状及问题,探究低龄老年劳动力的配置和充分利用的方法,并在此基础上提出了引导大众树立积极老龄观,加强低龄老年人教育和培训工作,完善老年人再就业保障体系等创新路径,以合理开发低龄老人人力资源,积极应对老龄化社会带来的挑战。
With social and technological progress,the issue of aging has attracted attention from all sectors of society.Tapping the younger elderly is one of the crucial measures to promote social harmony,ensure effective supply of human resources,and secure stable growth of the national economy.In view of this,the article adopts a field survey and interview survey to examine the current status and issues of human resource tapping of younger elderly in Chengdu,and further explores the allocation and full utilization of younger elderly labor force,and on the basis of which proposes suggestions to guide the public to establish a positive view of aging,strengthen education and training for younger elderly,and perfect the re-employment security system,in order to fully tap into younger elderly and actively respond to the challenges brought by an aging society.
