“互联网+”背景下农村电商物流发展问题及对策

Research on the Issues and Countermeasures of Rural E-Commerce Logistics in the Context of“Internet plus”

加快贯通农村电子商务物流配送体系,是推动农村电商提档升级、挖掘国内市场潜力的应有之义。“互联网+”背景下,农产品物流配送、分拣加工等电子商务基础设施数字化、网络化、智能化水平得以提升,智慧供应链的发展,有助于打通农产品上行“最初一公里”和工业品下行“最后一公里”,促进农产品销售和农村经济社会发展。然而,目前我国农村电商物流面临信息化程度不足、物流损耗大、冷链设施薄弱等问题。基于此,文章从政府、物流企业和农产品供应商3个方面提出了具体对策,旨在推动农村电商物流健康稳步发展。

Accelerating the integration of rural e-commerce logistics and distribution system is to promote the upgrading of rural e-commerce and tap into the potential of the domestic market.In the context of“Internet plus”,the level of digitalization,networking and intelligence of e-commerce infrastructure such as logistics and distribution of agricultural product,sorting and processing has been enhanced.In a word,smart supply chain is conducive to opening up the“first mile”of agricultural products and the“last mile”of industrial products,and boosting sales and facilitate rural economic and social development.However,currently,there are still the issues such as insufficient informatization,high logistics losses,and imperfect cold chain facilities.In view of this,the article proposes countermeasures in terms of government,logistics enterprises,and agricultural product suppliers,aiming to promote the sound and steady development of rural e-commerce logistics.
