协同理论视角下多维度协同智库知识服务体系构建

Study on the Construction of a Multidimensional Synergistic Think Tank Knowledge Service System under the Perspective of Synergy Theory

随着大数据、人工智能、物联网、区块链等新一代信息技术的蓬勃发展,智库知识服务方式得以革新:以“数据—信息—情报—知识”动能转换驱动的信息链支撑专家智慧,大数据分析、知识库、人工智能等技术的应用,使得智库朝着智慧化决策咨询的方向发展。文章从知识服务要素出发,对智库知识服务现状进行调研,进而分析智库知识服务机制,基于协同理论的视角,从宏观与微观两个角度,提出优化智库知识服务工作流程,构建“智慧数据+专业知识+用户参与”的多维度协同智库知识服务体系模型,以探索适应新环境和新技术的智库知识服务体系,提高智库知识服务质量。

With the booming of new-generation information technologies represented by big data,AI,Internet of Things,and block-chain,the knowledge service offered by think tanks have been updated.The information chain driven by the conversion of“data-information-intelligence-knowledge”kinetic energy supports expert wisdom,big data analysis,knowledge bases and AI,which has made think tanks increasingly intelligent.In this context,this article conducts research on the current status of think tank knowledge services according to the elements of knowledge services,and analyzes its mechanism.Furthermore,drawing on the synergy theory,suggestions for optimization are proposed from macro and micro perspectives,so as to construct a multi-dimensional synergistic system of“smart data+professional knowledge+user engagement”,and explore a system that adapts to new environments,and enhance the quality of knowledge services.
