乡村振兴视域下新疆农村青壮年国家通用语言文字能力提升的策略与路径

Strategies and Paths for Improving the National Language and Writing Abilities of Young and Middle-Aged Rural People in Xinjiang from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization

随着中国经济的快速发展,提升国家通用语言文字能力在新疆农村青壮年中显得尤为重要。本文分析了新疆农村青壮年国家通用语言文字能力现状,发现他们的语言能力相对薄弱,且缺乏系统的学习和培训。该文提出了一系列策略,包括加强政策扶持、完善培训体系、拓宽学习渠道等:政策扶持方面,政府加大对农村青壮年国家通用语言文字培训的投入;完善培训体系方面,构建多元化的培训模式;拓宽学习渠道方面,充分利用现代科技手段。该研究提出了一条系统性的路径,包括学习动机激发、培训方法优化、学习效果评价等环节,以确保提升新疆农村青壮年国家通用语言文字能力的实效。

With the rapid development of China's economy,it is particularly important for young people in rural areas of Xinjiang to improve the ability of national common language.This paper analyzes the current situation of the national common language ability of young and middle-aged people in Xinjiang,and finds that their language ability is relatively weak,and they lack systematic learning and training.It put forward a series of strategies.In terms of policy support,it is suggested that the government increase investment in the training of the national standard language for young and middle-aged people in rural areas,and introduce relevant policies to encourage more people to participate in learning.In terms of improving the training system,we propose to build a diversified training model.In terms of broadening learning channels,we suggest making full use of modern scientific and technological means.This study puts forward a systematic approach,including the stimulation of learning motivation,optimization of training methods,evaluation of learning effects,etc.,to ensure the effectiveness of improving the national standard language ability of young and middle-aged rural people in Xinjiang.
