高职院校跨文化交际课程需求分析

摘要 开设跨文化交际课程是培养大学生跨文化交际能力的有效途径,但现阶段在英语教学中融入跨文化教学是高职院校实施跨文化教育普遍采取的方式。该文通过调查研究法和文献研究法对高职院校开设跨文化交际课程进行了需求分析。调查研究以某高职院校大一学生为研究对象,对其跨文化交际能力进行测评。数据分析的结果表明,经过一年的融合式跨文化教育,高职学生的跨文化交际能力仍处于较低水平,学生有系统学习跨文化交际课程的需求。文献研究结果表明,高职院校肩负着为“一带一路”建设输出“国际化”技术技能人才的使命,培养高职学生的跨文化交际能力以符合时代需要。因此,无论是为了满足学生的学习需求,还是为了顺应“一带一路”建设的需要,高职院校都应重视对跨文化交际能力的培养,通过跨文化交际课程系统地发展学生与不同文化背景人交往的能力。 It's an effective way to develop college students'intercultural communicative competence through the course of Intercultural Communication.But at present,higher vocational colleges mainly integrate intercultural teaching into English teaching towards the end.Using the methods of both survey research and literature research,this study conducted a needs analysis of Intercultural Communication course in higher vocational colleges.The survey,with the freshmen from a higher vocational college as subjects,made an assessment of their intercultural communicative competence.According to the results,vocational college students fail to gain a high level of competence in intercultural communication after being trained in an integrated way for one year,and they have the need to systematically study Intercultural Communication.The results of literature research indicate that higher vocational colleges shoulder the mission of cultivating"internationalized"technical talents for the Belt and Road construction,and that it accords with national strategic needs to develop students'intercultural communicative competence.Thus,whether it's to meet the needs of students or those of the Belt and Road construction,higher vocational colleges should highly value the cultivation of students'intercultural communicative competence and offer Intercultural Communication course to systematically develop students'ability to interact with people from different cultures.
